Distinctive Dental Arts is pleased to provide patients with the Care Credit® financing option. Care Credit® allows patients to create a monthly payment plan tailored to his or her specific needs. Patients with Dental Insurance
Dr. Tsatsaronis represents the two to three percent of dentists in the United States who have made a commitment to practice in a free environment – you are free to choose us or not, regardless of insurance.
We will do everything we can to help you maximize your benefits on a yearly basis. As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to help with your insurance submittal for your reimbursement. However, we ask that you keep several important factors in mind:
- You have a maximum coverage ranging from $500 to $1500 per year. Unfortunately, dental insurance plans allow the same maximum amount today as they did in 1970.
- We do not work for the insurance companies – we work 100 percent for you. We want to help you maximize your benefits. Depending on your employer’s choice of benefits options, you can estimate that your insurance company will pay approximately 30 to 80 percent of the total fee for services provided by Dr. Tsatsaronis.
- Lastly, we believe that a cooperative effort between you and our office will result in a dental service that we are proud to render and you are pleased to receive. We want to meet your needs in a way that adds significant value to your life and ours.

Financial Policy
The Distinctive Dental Arts financial policy is designed as a convenience to our patients, so you understand first and foremost how we hope to accomplish your cosmetic and general dentistry needs.
New Patients
Cash, check, or credit card is required at all first visits.
Treatments under $250
For fees under $250, payment by cash, check or credit card is required at the time of service.
Treatments over $250
For fees in excess of $250, payment arrangements may be made in advance on an individual basis. In treatments involving the dental laboratory, we require half payment since we operate on a cash basis with our laboratory.
